Our support services

We provide office hours telephone support to our clients. If we don't pick up, leave a message. If really urgent (like "server down"), press '0' to get through to our 24/7 on-call support. Clients also get the direct email address of their account manager.

For non-urgent enquiries we aim to reply within a working day

Domain name renewals, transfers and cancellation

We renew all domain names automatically as part of our annual fee, no chance of a forgotten bill resulting in a lost domain name. We do not charge for helping you move your domain name to or from another provider or to cancel it (though we do expect the renewal to be paid for if it happens before you move it away or cancel it).
